Cool Sightings Of The Week:
A pink ladybug was spotted this week, crawling up my arm while doing some work in the yard. Such a pretty color for the ladybug, I wasn't sure if I'd ever seen a pink one before. After checking the insect book, I found that it was indeed a pink ladybeetle.
Also recently, one evening while watching the bunnies in the yard, I went to walk to the house and a rabbit ran right past my feet from under the bench. The tiny little thing must've been making it's way through the driveway and I hadn't noticed. A few days later, one of the bunnies verily ran toward a friend and myself as we were relaxing in the yard. Munching just a few feet from us, the rabbit suddenly realized that we were real and it ran away from us. No worries though, this bunny doesn't seem to mind hanging out with the humans, as it walked right up to me again later in the week and let me take some pics and even a short video.
Summer is awesome already! Finding a pink ladybug this week and having a close encounter with a bunny was very cool!
